MTN insurance are the worst to deal with.... firstly, after paying access for my cellphone to be repaired, it took the couriers 4 days to pick up the device and deliver to the repairers apparently the driver was not scheduled for my area for 3 days and in that 3 days I called to follow up but no one mentioned that to me on the 4th day I called again and was given this information and I was also informed that I told the Courriers to collect my phone on the Thursday but no one called me at all.... still waiting for my phone I've escalated it on my side I just hope I get my phone before Wednesday as I advised them countless times I need it as I am leaving
