MTN *****

Someone comment ***** on my account, and I have been struggling for the past 3 months to get this resolved. I have been to the MTN officed in CPT and now in JHB to get this resolved. Someone made an unauthorized purchase on my account in PTA area and now MTN keeps debiting me on my account. I have not approved any purchase on my account so why is this still happening. I am not getting any help from MTN site offices, and no one wants to help me. Why is this taking so long to resolve. I need help MTN ... you don't seem to care, and it shows.
