MTN Eastgate shocking service!

I cannot make calls as my usage limits were reset to zero when upgrading my contract to R1800 per month.

I went into MTN store Eastgate Mall U74 to assist in having MTNs error corrected.

Vivienne ndozack (manager) did not even bother coming out from the back to try assist. Even after numerous requests to Siphiwe mlango the sales assistant that said he could not assist me in getting my phone to be able to make calls.

I am beyond frustrated and still cannot make phone calls from my phone! I am paying for a service which I am not receiving!

MTN east gate shop u74 is terribly run and should be avoided!
