MTN EASTGATE/ MTN REPAIRS

SUPER HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Sent my phone for repairs ON THE 8 October 2022, and on the 2nd of December received a message from MTN repairs saying my phone has been repaired and sent back to the shop even today my phone has never been returned to the shop, the store never answers their phone when they eventually do and you request to speak to the manager (Khuselwa Dawet), he/she is never available and never returns your call

Every time I call repairs department, they tell me to call again tomorrow they will escalate my query to their warehouse or wherever but when you call again you never get a response, they say I must call again the following day also when you request their manager to call you, they never call

I sent my phone for repairs in Newcastle the first time and it was back within 3 weeks was helped by an Indian guy (Calden) the excellent service, and then when we say our black community if failing to do their work and they say we are discriminating them

SUCH POOR SERVICES
