MTN East Rand Mall-worst customer service

MTN East Rand Mall must be the most pathetic service provider I have ever had to deal with.

I’ve actually been out off MTN as a whole due to poor service and the fact that absolutely nobody knows what to do.

In fact if you call the MTN hotline you are put through to VODACOM. An actual number I was given in an MTN branch.

MTN Eastrand Mall to be very specific possibly has the most useless staff. Half of them didn’t know how to deal with the query so we had to wait one the one person who was sitting at the back while we had to wait for her.

I’m so disappointed in the service we received at MTN.

All to cancel an order that was cancelled already 4 times and then STILL couriered out.

And there is absolutely no one to talk to about complaints.
