MTN East Rand mall sucks *****

I signed up for an MTN router and was told by the sales rep that my area has coverage, I called MTN 48 hours after receiving my router because I was not connected, I was advised to return my router to an MTN store. MTN would not take the router without an invoice number from the delivery company, they said the router serial number had not been updated to reflect my name so they couldn’t help me.
