Mtn East Rand Mall

Never renew or take a Mtn contract out at the Mtn branch at East Rand Mall Boksburg! I upgraded one of my contracts in November 2020 and took a Samsung A31 which was faulty which they replaced which was also faulty which I returned to the store on the 21/1/21. They sent the phone for a warranty assessment which has now been rejected twice cause the store has sent the wrong documentation TWICE! So I am paying for a phone I haven’t had for over a month with no end to this problem
