MTN East London violated my consumers rights!

Went into MTN East London to purchase a cellphone contract. The employees sold me a flexi 200 contract and esured me that I could convert this airtime to data. Only to realize once the contact had pulled through, that in fact I could NOT change this airtime to data. Phoned MTN headoffice to complain that the store had violated my consumer right by not informing me correctly of the contract purchased. After my discussion with Headoffice I went back to the store, but they refused to assist me and defended themseves in this regard. I am an extreemely unhappy MTN customer who has supported them for years! I find this very unprofessional that the employees have not been trained accoringly RE: contracts that MTN offers.
