MTN early upgrade penalty

MTN did not inform users about early upgrade fee which is now applicable. I received SMS you need pay R864 for early upgrade. But they send you several messages you are due for an upgrade. I spend yesterday almost 2 hours to cancell my 2 online upgrades to avoid the early upgrade penalty. Please communicate with your customers and make us aware of this penalty. Your service these days are bad and who is this Mondo company that is also involved that I needed to call and cancell the upgrades????
