I'have been doing an online upgrade on the 13 Aug 20 and after numerous calls to different numbers and from one agent to another agent and just for an update on progress of the upgrade no luck ,got an order ref number *** and when we did the online application for upgrade with ref number *** and been transfer to 5 agents today and end up to the original agent and put on hold listing to annoying music Thanks
