I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I have been transferred 8 times, had the call cut on me and been given multiple numbers to call for assistance. When I call these numbers *** and *** these consultants are so unhelpful and continue to try and direct me to different departments who still do not assist me. This absolutely ridiculous, is this how customers are treated when they call for assistance?
