Mtn

I took a 24 months contract with mtn on the 4th of feb 2014, and towards the end of my contract, I received texts and calls regarding upgrades and my response was clear, I even went to mtn store 36c fleurdal mall where I took a contract to let them know that I’m not continuing with a contract or upgrading for that matter, even went to bloem plaza branch for the same reason and if my contract was not canceled, why mtn stopped with debit orders, I never changed bank the same band they were taking money from every month for the duration of of 24 months, still exist even now, why they stopped?

The reason for the above is because, two days ago, I ‘ve app**** for a new contract with another company and they told me devestating news, apparently they won’t be able to approve my contract because mtn handed me over, for what, I don’t owe mtn as far as I know ,

I’ll ask again mtn, if my contract was not cancelled, why did you stop with debit orders, if is my fault?

Please someone sort this out, clear that status because I won’t get any contract anywhere.
