MTN

I went to a Wolmaransstad branch to do a cancelation on one of my contract number on 2022-12-07,a consultant filled a form and gave me a reference number *** and said I must contact MTN after a week and quote the reference number.i contacted MTN a week later and was told that the number will be cancelled on 2023-01-03 but still today the number I was canceling is still active.i made contact to MTN today and the consultant told me that it was their system error that's why the number is still active.i need urgent help and can be contacted on *** for this matter to be resolved urgently.
