I upgraded to a S21 with MTN. Firstly the promotion came with a R1000 voucher and till this day I have not received. When the first debit order went off, they took R2086 more than they were supposed to. I understand that mistakes can happen but after speaking to 2 consultants the best solution they came up with is that they will repay me within 21 days. I told them that I can not wait that long, I have other dedib orders to cover I asked to speak to someone who can help me and I had to hold for 25 minutes. An automated option was given to me to hold for an operater and I chose that option just to get the response that no one is available, goodbye. I'm asking for assistance ASAP
