MTN

My July account was debited with an amount of R1290.86 on 1st August 2023. From this date I start queried this amount, because the amount of each contract is R220 without tax. Nobody at MTN can provide me with a statement to explain this amount. On 1st September 2023 they send me a ref number *** for the first time and said it's completed. On 6 September 2023 I received another ref number ***. Still nobody can assist me, even with this reference number. Please investigate.
