MTN

During December 2017 I received 2 handsets which as an add-on to my contract. I had 21 days to return if not interested. Parcel was returned to MTN head office on 21 December 2017, to which I have the Post Office slip and receipt. Despite numerous phone calls and emails I am still invoiced for the returned handsets. This just goes to show how "effective" the service of MTN is. In case of non-payment of an invoice, a customer's service is terminated BUT when the Company, MTN, has to refund it just does not happen. As customers we are exploited!! I will use Consumer Protection Act to my advantage!!
