Mtn *****

I opened up a contract account with MTN in November of 2021 it was done Via one of their out sourced companies called Afrizone Telecommunications.

The agent who assisted me with the Contract did ***** on my Account I then contacted mtn to close the account. They informed me that investigations will be done. They never gave me any feedback since then

Instead of closing the account mtn and left it open and are now saying that I owe them money .

I was recently contacted by the credit bureau stating that Mtn reported I did not pay my account when the ***** happened on their side .

They do not take responsibility for their actions and play with people's reputation I am very disgusted by this situation.
