MTN

I have been with MTN for about 4 years now. I have always paid on time never missed a payment. I load airtime on top of my contract frequently but my network is so ****. I have phoned in multiple times and still no answers who checks if mtn is in breach of contract or can't big companies be liable for what they do. Sometimes i can't even make a call have to phone the same number about 3-5 times before i can get trough. Not only couldn't i load airtime this morning for about 2bours costing me time in my daily work schedule. Where does your minutes and data fly to. Most definitely not what i signed up for.
