MTN E-SIM DO NOT WORK - 12 Month later 😢

Mtn please for the last time , refund my e-Sim subscription amount because it has not worked since I got it, February 2021to be specific.8 complaints, 5 store visits and I don't know how many tickets logged. My emails are being ignored but the money is taken from me with no fail monthly.
