MTN E-Mail Service discontinued.......No support

MTN E-Mail Service discontinued..... After using my "mymtnmail" E-Mail adress for some 10 years plus, I've received this E-mail on the 17th September 2020, stating "Kindly note that as of the 14th October 2020, the MTN Email Service will no longer be available. Please ensure that you save all your information before the 14th.You can still make use of Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft Email services.

We thank you for your continued support!".

No consideration given on the impact this have on me as a MTN customer - This adress being used as primary E-mail adress on all my administration e.g. Medical aid, SARS, Investment Accounts, Banks etc. Etc. Also this E-mail adress used on all Business cards.

No mention on how to assist on migrating, just that it is discontinued. In other words reducing the service I had and paid for just like that.

I have at least 3 contracts with MTN.

Received a call to upgrade my one contract (which is solely used for my E-mails, using a ****le) and no mention that this is on the cards - this happened in the last month!

Phoned MTN, but was told there is nothing they can do.

I believe this is a complete disgrace.
