MTN e-mail outgoing server

Below is my post from yesterday and MTN's reply........I am STILL waiting for someone to contact me ....... which has been the case if i called in to the call center..................... ..................... .................... .................. ............Bad service in my opinion! How am i supposed to run a business if I cannot send mails????????

"I am still waiting for a satisfactory answer and support. I posted yesterday that i cannot compose mails, nor attach files. The mails do not go out. I mail address is hosted by Vox and the MTN relay server does not allow my mails to go through. I know the problem is with MTN, because if i use a Vodacom modem, the mails work perfectly. Do not tell me to call ********** , they cannot help me after MANY calls from my side. If MTN cannot resolve the issue, i want the contract cancelled!"
