Mtn duel Sim terrible service

I braught a Huawei p30 lite from the mtn in baywest port elizabeth top floor. When I purchased the phone it was all good until I phoned and asked why my phone doesn't pick up the duel Sim. I was put on the phone with the repp of Hauwei and it was stated to me as a customer that mtn and vodacom doesn't support duel Sim phones. That's extremely strange to me as a customer that has a phone that I braught at the branch that has a duel Sim port. I think this is extremely terrible and I am notifying other customers to rather support Telcom and cell c. (hense the fact in the phone manual it states its a duel Sim phone)
