Mtn ducking the truth

I have sent mails to queries to every email i can get of MTN and i only get told to contact legal.... they dont care if i have not recieved ant router that i did not sign for it that somewhere there is *****.. alice van der merwe please help me here. You promise help at least show me who sigend for the router that i never recieved ...i have proof that all contracts was cancelled. How do you give me over to MDC collectors without proving that i received whatbi shiuld pay for show me the router ...
