MTN dubious business ethics

I am so unhappy with the time i wait to get serviced from retrenches or cancellations, as I am writing this message I have been on the line waiting for 20 mins, its my write to cancel a contract, I mean if I can't afford to keep a line running I must terminate not to be abused or bul**** to weigh me down with this poor response of a service.

MTN claimed to be service provider of choice all that's for the media very dubious when it comes to closing of a line.
