Mtn dual Sim complaint
I went to Mtn Campus Square with the aim of getting a contract for a P40 lite. The store manager assisted me with that however left out a whole lot of information including the fact that 1 of the Sim ports do not work. Adverts gladly advertise it to be a dual Sim compatible phone however when I got home the phone only recognizes a single Sim. I bought the phone for the sole purpose of requiring it to be compatible with 2 Sims.
I went to the store 1 day after purchasing the phone to cancel the contract and I was told I cannot return the phone and that only online purchases are allowed to be returned, however this was never communicated in the process of applying.
I am truly disgusted by the poor level of service Mtn campus Square has given.

I have already gone to the shop to return the device and they refused for me to return it as I bought the device in store and not online. This is truly frustrating because I do not want the device.
If possible please write an email or call the Campus Square MTN office explaining this to them because I cannot continue dealing with rude staff members who refuse to take back the phone.

They are also saying that I should have asked whether the device is dual Sim. Why do your staff not disclose such information? Is mtn that desperate for sales that you will lure us by hiding information??? Pathetic
