Mtn & DSV services

Hi I'd like to express the dissatisfied with the online service with Mtn online and the DSV courier services, they failed to give me my delivery because their biomatrix machine is not working as if this my fault only to call Mtn and the told me they don't deliver using the biomatrix anymore like it's my duty to tell their client DSV that they only us manual delivery and mind due this order was supposed to be delivered within 3 days of payment and now I'm waiting for my delivery for over a week now, while I still called Mtn to let DSV know they must deliver manually still no call from both parties. And to Mtn I'd like to know how are you going to compensate me for the week I lost on my product. HOPE I'LL GET HELP SOON
