MTN DSV PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

This review is for MTN / DSV Mounties. I app**** for a new contract with MTN on 22 May 2023. Got confirmation that it was approved and that the courier company would make contact for delivery. Finally got a call from DSV on stating that it would be delivered

On 25 May 2023, DSV arrives with my parcel. The driver tells me that he can't "deliver" my parcel, as their Biometrics device cannot verify prints and i am not the only one having this issue- clearly a problem! The driver says this often happens

I phoned MTN and was told that the instruction to DSV is that they should use OTP and not Biometrics. MTN states that they will give instruction to DSV to deliver on 26 May 2023 - Today!

Driver comes thru without any instructions from MTN, tries biometrics which fails again! and yet again, leaves with my phone!

phoned both mtn and dsv but no one is able to assist me

Can the two companies please sort out their problems and not inconvenience me?? MTN blames DSV and DSV blames MTN. I am sick of hearing "but they are supposed to this and that". Not my problem..
