MTN , DSV , iTalk - extremely bad service and still on-going

Has been over a month since I signed up s contract with MTN online

Still haven't recieved my devices , debit mandate is already active on my bank account

But MTN still can't give a darn Same emails recieved same nonsense phone calls of repeated jargon, so fed up with them, Totally useless customer service

Wait hours holding on to speak to someone and when go-to store can't help their either.

Was excited and was black Friday deal Even black Friday has passed and it's almost Christmas and still havnt recieved my devices

DONT RECOMEND TO ANYONE REALY BAD SERVICE FROM MTN AND DSV DELIVERY

DISSAPOINTED what ever you do do not sign up MTN online as the put you through a contractor Like iTalk who are totally a waste of space and time of a company

Waited on call with them , after 7 attempts someone did answer but couldn't give answers and couldn't give a reference number

HELP MTN PLEEEEEEEEEEZE THE DEBIT MANDATE IS ACTIVE I WANT MY DEVICES
