MTN & DSV Delivery
MTN the worst service ever. Continuously lying, they are not professional they lie about every single thing. 4 attempts to by DSV to deliver my parcel and i am unable to get my parcel due to them being pathetic ****s. I was called on Wednesday by a consultant from MTN stating they are arranging delivery with DSV for me and it will be a manual delivery, only for DSV to come today and there is no delivery note for this to be delivered manually. Between DSV and MTN i don't know which customer service is worst. The ****piest service ever. 4 attempts and still no parcel delivered. MTN is pathetic.
