MTN / DSV Couriers Poor/No Service

Pathetic service from and overall MTN service provider. Its been a week that I can't get my sim card delivered by MTN DSV because MTN hasn't sent authorization since Tuesday 6th Dec 2023 even after speaking to Siviwe Bomvu (call centre). I walked into Cresta Mall on the same day and was met by a female named Megan who was polite and courteous. She referred me her black female colleague who was rude and basically sent away. He stance was, MTN online and MTN stores are totally different and MTN stores cant do anything to help. Not having a working device as mine was ****** I was told, MTN stores don't have phones we could use to call customer care and that the staff use are their personal devices. I tried again to call and was told it was done online. I even copied the MTN staff on mail but no response. I would like to cancel my recently renewed contract for this pathetic service received. Even renewing my contract was an issue, the person doing the online contract was an idiot, reading me someone else's (female's) personal info. I immediately stopped him and ended the call. The guy who did my actual contract still hasn't sent me a copy of my contract to date.
