MTN / DSV

Worst experience I ever had from a service provider. Did online new contract order through mtn. They then informed on email that DSV has collected my parcel and will contact me for delivery arrangements. Almost 2 weeks went by and I did not receive my parcel. Upon emailing DSV I was informed that MTN requested my parcel be returned to them. I contacted MTN and they said the only reason is my parcel is returned is because DSV could not get hold of me or could not find the delivery address. DSV did not contact me to make delivery arrangements at all. I did receive numerous calls from a Cape Town number which went dead eventide I answered the call. (Don't know if it was them). Now MTaN wants to me to re-apply inorder for my parcel to be delivered. In my view, regain DSV messed up the delivery, MTN are to blame for poor service.
