MTN + DSV Biometric Disaster !!!

I ordered a a 5G wifi router online and made necessary payments and received confirmation that the courier company will deliver in a few days, on delivery of the router the couriers (DSV) Biometric machine could not pick up my thumbprints and as such my order could not be delivered. Its now been 3 days and I have not heard back from MTN on the way forward , I tried contacting them but have just been sent from one unhelpful department to the next. I have no idea where the router is or if I will indeed get it
