MTN, DSV and REWARDSCO Pathetic Service.

Pathetic service from Mtn. I upgraded my phone line on the 11th of July online. My Handset was supposed to be delivered by DSV couriers. On Friday 15/07/22 the courier arrived at my home but could not Capture my Bio Metrics and left without completing my Delivery. I have contacted MTN and DSV since and have been given the Run Around with each Blaming the other all the while Nobody is Taking Responsibility for the Mess up. I am now sick and Tired as everytime you call its a Different story. I have now learnt that Mtn has outsourced my upgrade to a Company called REWARDSCO. They are just as Pathetic and are only after the commission from the customer that upgrades. Worst service ever from Mtn, DSV and REWARDSCO. Niraj Durgean ***.
