Mtn dropping the ball again
I have been trying to get hold of anybody at the call centre, so that somebody can shed light on my the incorrect amount was taken from my account. It really peeves me off that this is the second time this has happened to me. And also very irratated as i called the call centre this morning and held for 17 minutes then called twice again and got disconnected. Mtn dropping the ball yet again.

Kindly be advised that the contract pricing was revised and became effective from the 13th of May 2015, applicable to both existing and new contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract. All affected subscribers were notified via sms of the changes on the 15th of April 2015.
