MTN drop calls on customers if they want to cancel contracts

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the service my wife and I received today, Friday, 04 September 2026.

We placed a call to the MTN Contract and Upgrades Department at 16:03 from my wife's number ***). After being on the line for 48 minutes and 39 seconds, the consultant placed us on hold, dropped the call, and never called us back.

This level of service and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. If this issue is not addressed, we will be cancelling our contracts with MTN.
