MTN Drama Continuous

<p>Following my previous review https://www.hellopeter.com/mtn/reviews/worst-experience-ever-91- ********** seemed like they canceled my account after I rep**** since I did not get any statements after that just to be contacted by mail and phone form VVM dept collectors telling me I ow MTN on 26/06/2017. I sent them the original mail(22/04/2015) of the cancelation and the print out of the hellopeter complaint(23/11/2016). They told me that I need a mail from MTN telling them that the contract was canceled and cleared. Phoned MTN where they gave ma a run around and in the end find out that they cannot acces the account since it is now at their legal department and they can only sent a mail to the legal department to contact me. I have been trying to get the legal department to contact me with no luck to find out what is going on. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY R1340.89 AMOUNT FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CANCELED IN 2015!!! Why o why does MTN not want to get out of my life!!! FYI now I might get black listed because of them :(</p>
