MTN down for weeks in a row!!!

I am so tired of trying to resolve this issue of MTN!!! I am looking for a number of the Regional manager of Limpopo to try and resolve this issue. Its been more than a year that i have been reporting the network being down weeks at a time. I just now made a call and the person on the other side just hung up! don't want to listen tom my problem it seems! I would estimate MTN to be down about 50% of the year in my town, Dendron, Limpopo 0715. I want to contact the manager to try and resolve this issue. MTN is costing my business money!!! I have suggestions, but no one wants to listen!
