MTN double debit refuse to refund

MTN you don't even deserve 1 star, your customer service is pathetic. You double debited my account, I have supp**** you with proof of it and now you have all the excuses in the book not to refund me. I also believe you double debited other customers and also giving them the run around and not refunding them. You are a disgrace and not worth to be an SP. I want my refund, bank charges, and interest
