MTN double debit order

I have been double deducted on my debit order for this month, and to try and speak to anyone is impossible. I dialled 135 and there is no option to speak to an actual human being. It was easier to mistakenly contact MTN Nigeria online. A double debit order could not come at a worse time, who is going to pay the bank for the other debit orders which will now bounce. How long is it going to take to get my money back? This is a major inconvenience at a time when there is so much uncer*****y.
