MTN DOUBLE CHARGES AND REFUSES TO RECTIFY

MTN arranged a migration to a new package. So the following month's invoice was supposed to include a pro rata charge for the difference in packages. MTN charged the pro rata on the new package and refuses to pass pro rata credit for the previous package. My advice to customers is to not trust MTN at all.
