MTN DOUBLE CHARGES

During Lockdown I Missed one payment on my account . Once I received my UIF I went straigt to the MTN shop in Cradle Stone Mall. I paid R 2500 cash and R 1152 on my credit Card. Then they suspended my account. I had to make several visits to the MTN Store and I phoned the 135 number , I also sent emails with all my proof to them. Now this month they deducted R 1100 more on my account than what was due I phoned them and I have to now go to the bank to reverse this transaction myself . All I have received from them the last 3 months are absolute horrible service. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON IN THE WHOLE COMPANY EVEN REP**** TO MY MAILS OR RETURNED MY CALLS.
