Mtn double billing

I attempted to upgrade my contract in december 2022 after speaking with Franklin Simmers. Instead what i got was a new contract together with my old contrcat which equalls DOUBLE BILLING.

After trying to resolve this with a new account manager named Clayton Ahrense who assured me the account would be rectified but most certainly not...DOUBLE BILLING STILL PERSISTS.
