MTN Double billing

This happend before to me , having my account double billed . Its happening too often now , twice in the last six months & when one contacts the customer service dept. to speak to a":service champion "one gets faced with incompetence .If my contract wasnt still new i would have cancelled long ago. How difficult is it to deduct a specified amount on a monthly basis ??
