Mtn don'ts care about Mtn user.

hell my name is fana am having a big problem with mtn . there are company that take my airtime from my phone and I've been calling mtn to help me with this . but so far no help and every time i put in airtime its going away. mtn says its not there problem. i even talk to the supervise by the name of Mahomad still no help. he gave me the head offices number to call still no one answered for more than 23min until I've rune out of airtime . please help me.
