MTN don't want to speak to me

I've just got an MTN simcard, and it has become immediately apparent that MTN do not want to speak to their clients. None of the call center options go through to a human being that I can have a conversation with. When I got the sim card there is a phone number written on it, so I loaded airtime from online banking on this number, and no airtime came through. I called in to find out what my cell number is and you cannot speak to a consultant and the options don't have any way of telling what your new number is. So, I go to the shops, buy airtime and load it... I then get a text telling me my number (a different one to where I sent the first airtime voucher) Now I need a data connection and my phone is not setup. Call the call center, get the number for internet settings... "Your settings will be sent to your phone" Of course they haven't been and there is no way to speak to someone about setting my phone up. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! AVOID THIS NETWORK, they don't want to deal or speak to people.

Reviewer Update
MTN took 6 days to respond to this review, with nothing helpful to say. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a SIM card that can be loaded with airtime or data with ease, and a company willing to answer your phone call to help you fix any issues you may have run into, do NOT choose MTN MTN - Taking the care our of customer care
