Mtn dont want to cancel last year October contracts

Mtn is saying i must wait for 30 days for them to cancel my contract, since last year October , this contract is not yet cancel, am experiencing same issues, of waiting for 30 days then the will be billing me on 27 of each month, ontop of that the doinh ***** of upgrading, on behalf of me, from debit card to cash, now the saying am owing huge of money of which the simcard is not mine, but for the person who did upgrade, please help mtn need to cancel yhe the contract as soon as possible, i cant wait for them anymore, unless 2 year contract with. With mtn is 3 years without my concern.
