MTN dont want new clients
On Sunday 1 July i completed an online application for a contract with MTN. I got a call from then on Monday 2 July to send my documents to ********** I did so in about 5 min after the call and immediately got a message back from the mtn mail exchange saying that this mailbox is full. I then reported this to them using the ********** mail address and got referance ********** 4 . Till today the mailbox is still full and it is nou 4 days after my application. So looks like mtn does not want new business or rather old clients to come back to them.

05 Jul 2018, 07:18Still does not resolve the issue But rather avoiding it. Just think how many online applications you are loosing because clients dint care to report it but rather go somewhere else like I will now. Thank for nothing.
