MTN dont want business with service like they have
well I dont now if the lockdown has closed businesses but it appears to have closed MTN, I actually ordered a data contract with them, I was told on the order page that they would do a credit check and get back to me within 48 hours, after 6 days and two messages I finally got an answer but that was too late I went to another company as is my right when their customer service is that bad what is the rest of their service like?

Merwe and I would like to thank her personally for that, what a pity the rest of the team are not up to scratch I was really looking forward to see just how good their internet is as it is advertised as the best in ZA but I had to make a decision and they left me no option due to their lack of response
