MTN - Don't Use Them Ever
I have been with this company from 1996 and I'm fed up with them. I left for overseas and all I want is for my phone to go to *My voice mail * while I'm overseas. Now my question is. How difficult can this be. After making 2 calls in the before leaving the country, then having to buy simcard overseas to phone my son to phone on my behalf. No joy. Nothing. If anyone phone me, they are not getting my voicemail, they are only met with nothing. Its like I blocked all of them. So I'm away for 4 weeks with no way to sort this outside. I will not recommend anyone ever again to even get a prepaid card from this stupid company. I'm on the Sky Package. The highest package available. I'm finished with this company.

21 Jan 2019, 21:04Day 6. Have had my son and best friend tried to sort this out. All was met with the same smartness that I was met with. All business people, be aware of this. Going to another country, with no support. They cant even email or Whatsapp me.
