MTN DONT REPLY TO EMAILS OR ANSWER PHONE
I have tried EVERYTING possible to cancel my contracts but don't get any responses from emails or if I phone they just don't answer calls. According to their CEO on news24 they need 20 days to cancel and one need to pay for handset for remainder of contract. I have 5 months left and have given notice by sending emails to all their email addresses. I do get replies that they will get back to me but they DONT! What can I do? I think just stop their debit order?
